Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide from Portugal.

All items are carefully handmade and prepared for shipment within 3–7 business days after payment is received. Processing times may vary for custom or made-to-order items.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or specified individually, depending on the destination and shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

• Europe: 3–10 business days

• USA & Canada: 7–21 business days

• Rest of the world: 10–30 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal services, customs processing, holidays, or factors beyond our control.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, or incorrect address information provided by the customer.

Customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Once the order has been shipped and handed over to the carrier, the responsibility for the shipment passes to the customer. Tracking information will be provided when available.
